negroni old fashion

Premix

• punt e mes
• gin
• bitter
• put a handful of coffee beans in the jug, stir and leave to infuse for 5 minutes
• transfer into a bottle without the coffee beans
• keep the premix in the refrigerator
• suggested label:negroni 90ml premix + 15ml water + 3 dash angostura + ice + stir + zest arancia

let's serve it!

1. Get the old fashion glass (the 4th)
2. Shake the premix
3. Pour 90 ml of Premix into the glass
4. Pour 15 ml of water into the glass
5. Add ice
6. Add 3 dash of angostura
7. Stir
8. Garnish with an orange zest, squeezing the essential oil first on the drink

- The 15 ml of water are added to quickly reach the ice melting water needed to make it pleasant to drink, old fashion should be mixed for at least 4 minutes, with this addition we avoid mixing it for so long

- Keeping the premix in the fridge it will arrive at the table at the perfect temperature

- If you also add a label on the cap of the bottle, writing "NE" (negroni) you will quickly recognize it also from top
